Death In Paradise season 14 episode 6 cast welcomes Holby City, Sanditon and Detectorists stars

Death In Paradise season 14 is well underway but who are going to be the guest stars in episode six?

DI Mervin Wilson (played by Don Gilet ) has firmly nestled his feet under the table at the Honore Police Station and will be once again heading up the latest investigation.

This time around on the BBC comedy drama, the victim was waiting at his villa for a woman he had met on a dating app when an intruder interrupted their video call.

However, Mervin quickly becomes suspicious of the circumstances around the man’s death given that he has a bullet in his hand, but how will this help him crack the case?

Sterling Fox – Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge

There is much anticipation surrounding Sterling Fox’s arrival as he is going to be taking over as the Commissioner from Selwyn Patterson (Don Warrington).

He has been teased to show up suited and booted, stepping out of a flash car, so what will the rest of the team make of this latest addition?

Actor Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge is best known for playing Josh Hudson in the BBC medical drama Holby City from 2020 to 2022.

He has also had roles in Rematch, Enterprice, Make Me Famous and This Way Up.

Gary Baines – Alexander Cobb

Season 14’s sixth episode is going to star actor Alexander Cobb who is linked to this week’s investigation.

Cobb will be remembered for portraying Ian McLeod in the Channel 4 period drama Indian Summers, as well as for starring as Kevin Spinella in the detective drama Grace, Sam in Mr Selfridge and Oliver Astrid in Boiling Point.

Adam Carter – Tyler Fayose

Cobb is joined by actor Tyler Fayose who is going to portray Adam Carter in Death In Paradise.

Fayose’s biggest role to date has been in the children’s series Phoenix Rise as Jamie Stewart but has also had parts in Paris Has Fallen, Riches, Departure and Skybound.

Danielle Bailey – Charlotte Spencer

Another key character in the latest outing in Saint Marie is Danielle Bailey, brought to life by actress Charlotte Spencer.

Period drama fans will best recognise Spencer from her stint as Esther Babington in the ITV series Sanditon.

More recently, she has appeared as Red in the Apple TV+ drama Ted Lasso as well as Nicki Jennings in The Gold.

Roy Palmer – Gerard Horan

Bar owner Roy Palmer will be played by none other than London’s Burning star Gerard Horan who has been acting for more than 40 years.

He is also best known for playing Terry Seymour in comedy Detectorists who was the leader of the Danebury Metal Detectoring Club.

Some of his other memorable parts have been in Les Girls, NCS Manhunt, Lark Rise to Candleford, The Outlaws and now Belgravia: The Next Chapter.

Delmar Lloyd – Tony Marshall

Actor Tony Marshall is undoubtedly recognised for starring as Noel Gracia in the BBC medical drama Casualty for 12 years before his heartbreaking exit in 2020.

Noel had contracted coronavirus at the height of the pandemic while working at Holby City Hospital and died as a result.

Marshall is now set to play taxi driver Delmar Lloyd in Death In Paradise.

Kelly Herbert – Tala Gouveia

Kelly Herbert is going to be portrayed by actress Tala Gouveia who was behind DCI Lauren McDonald in the crime drama McDonald & Dodds.

The ITV series ran for four outings before it was cancelled with Death In Paradise being her first job since its cancellation.

Previously, the actress had also featured in EastEnders, Doctors, Plebs, Holby City and Cold Feet as Gemma Murphy.
