Jacob Roloff Sets the Record Straight About Family Farm in New ‘LPBW’ Update
The property is featured in the TLC reality TV show.
Jacob Roloff and his wife Isabel Roloff are speaking out to set things straight about the family farm.
The property was heavily featured on the TLC reality show Little People, Big World, and Isabel recently took to social media to clear up questions surrounding its ownership.
“He didn’t [get the farm]! We live on the property along with Matt [Roloff] who owns it still,” Isabel shared via TikTok on Friday, Nov. 30, with the text displaying over a video of Jacob, 28, cooking in a kitchen. “We rent our house and Jacob works here full time. I care for the animals.”
In a separate TikTok posted last week, Isabel said that they “help steward the land + raise our son & the animals.”
“Jacob also grows the produce, vegetables, fruit and this year he grew 60,000 lbs of pumpkins!” Isabel also wrote in the post. “We hope to keep the farm alive as long as we have anything to do with it.”
Matt Roloff, the LPBW patriarch, has reportedly fought with his children over the property for years, according to Us Weekly. He first listed 16-plus acres of the Hillsboro, Oregon, property for $4 million in May 2022 and since dropped the price down to $2.9 million in April, the magazine also reported at the time.
“I never pictured that the house that I raised my kids in for the last 30 years [would] be a short-term rental,” Matt’s ex-wife Amy Roloff said on an episode of the series in 2024, per Us Weekly. “There should be a family in it.”
Matt’s previous negotiations to sell to his sons Jeremy Roloff and Zach Roloff reportedly fell through, the magazine also noted.
Jeremy, 35, made headlines last week when he debuted a bold style switch-up. On Nov. 25, the former TLC star took to Instagram Stories with a video clarifying a DIY project. He donned a bright yellow sweatshirt with red suspenders, a ball cap and black-framed glasses.
